callsign template broken

It looks like the {{Callsign}} template is broken.
Callsign links go to the database homepage now.

Ugh. I ran that up the chain.

I put the redirect in place that fixes this. Right now we're doing some maintenance on the FCC database but the links that are existing should be fine.
