Can BCD436HP receive C4FM mode

Can the BCD436HP receive digital amateur radio mode C4FM or DSTAR. ?

Some C4FM modes, it can decode (specifically P25 C4FM). Other variants of C4FM it cannot decode. That would include D-STAR as the "can't decode" class.
