ProScan: Can Not Get ProScan To Run

I have my BCD436D running in Discovery mode for hours. Later I startup ProScan then set the COM port, but ProScan will never start.

If so when was the last time it ran?
Have you done a OS update/upgrade?

It should start. Could it be that ProScan is minimized or off-screen. Do you see the ProScan icon in the task bar?

Yes, I have a Proscan Licenses.
Last time Proscan ran was yesterday.
Has been a while MS has pushed out a update.

Well, came home and plug the USB cable into the computer and started up ProScan and ProScan worked. Sometimes I have to turn the scanner off and back on to get ProScan to run. IDK.

Scanner working, scanner connected to PC, boot up the computer, open up ProScan and ProScan and scanner doesn't seem to be talking.

Yes if Proscan doesn't see the scanner, usually turning off scanner and back on works.

So in real life Proscan starts and loads just did not connect to the scanner.
For whatever reason if the 435 536 SDS100 or SDS200 is powered on when the PC boots the Scanners have to be power cycled to connect to Proscan this is not a Proscan problem it has something to do with these scanners not Proscan.
