I would start with rebooting your computer. ProScan works fine on Win 11 and ProScan is developed on Win 11..Windows 10. Older laptop. Couldn’t get the software to work on Windows 11 desktop.
Yes, I rebooted the laptop and the DL went through. Thank you for your help.@JamesBrox Any updates on this? My guess is the .NET Framework 4.8 was either removed or it needs to be repaired.
I decided to give that Windows 11 desktop another try with Proscan. I am having trouble with the software finding my IP address through a switch. Any recommendations? ThanksI would start with rebooting your computer. ProScan works fine on Win 11 and ProScan is developed on Win 11..
Are you clicking the "Get My IP" button in the Web Server tab or are you trying to obtain the scanner IP address for the SDS200 and BCD536HP instances?I decided to give that Windows 11 desktop another try with Proscan. I'm trying to obtain the scanner IP address for the SDS200.Are you clicking the "Get My IP" button in the Web Server tab or are you trying to obtain the scanner IP address for the SDS200 and BCD536HP instances?
On the SDS200:I'm trying to obtain the scanner IP address for the SDS200.
Check your firewall and antivirus software.I'm trying to obtain the scanner IP address for the SDS200.
Yes sir, did that.On the SDS200:
Menu > Settings > LAN Settings > Show IPs
Turned them both off. Still nothing.Check your firewall and antivirus software.
When you went to the Menu > Settings > LAN Settings > Show IPsYes sir, did that.
I'm getting the front screen data from the scanner SDS200 through Proscan Version 24.10 on the Windows 11 desktop. But no audio. My older laptop with Windows 10 was seamless, once I had the data shown, I just followed the same steps through Audio Control.... no problems. I'm missing something even with the instructions of going through Windows>Windows Security>Virus&threat protection>turned off. Then Windows>Windows Security>Firewall & Network Protection>turned off. URL Audio Setup & Monitor is clearly showing my correct IP address given from what my scanner reads. Tried Auto Detect a couple dozen times with the correct IP address listed, still no audio.I would try the Auto Detect again, it that fails then enter in the IP address manually, If still unable to connect then ping the scanner IP address. I would double and triple check your firewall(s) and antivirus software.
{edit} Is the URL Setup dialog showing any errors?
Are the TX bytes incrementing in the URL Setup dialog?Tried Auto Detect a couple dozen times with the correct IP address listed, still no audio.
