Cannot find Freq

How do I find the freq for Northwestern Wisconsin Electric Company in Grantsburg, wi I searced the FCC Database but got no where is it possible that it is lic under a private name?

I will just keep asking newbie question here about WI, Is there any trunking freq in Polk County when I use FreeScan it just keeps searching and does not quit,

Polk County does not use trunking. The only Trunking frequencies in Polk County would be anything from WISCOM...which are all listed in the DB.

Here's what I've found and how I found it:
I first open up the state of Wisconsin and then I clicked on Polk County(NW Wisconsin Electric is in Polk too, I guess) and then clicked the FCC Licenses tab and then "Display All FCC Licenses in Polk County Wisconsin" . Click on Business Conv if it's not already green/on. The list below should be sorted by name so scroll down to the 2 entries for "Northwestern Wisconsin Electric Co" that have the callsign of "WQTB823" The one with the "FB2" under the "Code" tab is the one ya want..that's the repeater/base station frequency, which is 153.575.
