Can't Access Databases

Hello,
I am a new user and new to trunking scanners. That being said I purchased a premium subscription for 180 days and have downloaded a copy of ProScan and connected my new scanner to a laptop without issue. When I enter my login information to the ProScan software for database search and download, the connection is rejected by RR as an invalid username or password. The login to RR is my email and a password. I use that to attempt the access in the ProScan. So I downloaded another software program from the RR site and it had a RR database login section also. Entered my information and was rejected from the database access. So two different software programs rejected access. Is it possible that the account isn't set up correctly as it is rejecting the connection I assume as a none paid member?

HOLD THE PHONE!!! The error is mine actually the user name was miss spelled in entry and my eye only sees the actual intended user name I'll get back with you.
