Hi I'm trying to use Proscan to program my SDS 200, however when I click on "File" and Import from RR is all greyed out and I'm not able to connect to my RR database subscription. Please help.

First, be sure that you have chosen the SDS200 as your scanner model. (If you have not selected a model, that might be the root cause of your problem.)
Then, select the Favorites Editor by checking the box in the upper left corner.
That will bring up the initial Favorites Editor screen:
From the drop-down File menu, select 'Import Radio Reference Web"
That will take you to the Import screen, Log in there, then select whatever items you wish to import.

Did you open a favorites list first? Or create a new one? A favorites list has to be open before you can import data to it.
