Remove all your cookies from the browser and try again. You didn’t explain what the issue is so no one can help on here

That was already tried. Multiple users are having the issue.

Additionally, multiple people have tried multiple browsers across multiple devices. I doubt it’s a cookie problem.

Same issue here. I bought premium last night and lost features like looking at the database. Simply takes me to some myrr site.

I'm not sure what is going on here.

Good morning Lindsay:

I'm not having any problem with RR's site myself, but I ran across this and wonder if it could be related? I'm thinking on the member/user's system, not your servers.

Here is what I found. I cleared all cookies for this site and I use Firefox. If I am logged into the forums only the site works fine. If I log into the main site it does the myrr thing.

I just tried the exact same as you with the latest version of Firefox. Cleared all cookies, logged into the main site (not the forums), and everything responds as expected... all links clicked on take me to where they are supposed to go.

Strange.

Did you recently (as in the last 10 days or so) renew your premium subscription?

Yes last night. The premium is working fine can use it through scanner software. On this site if I am logged into the main site and the forums when I click on database it takes me to myrr which is some place where there are counties to watch and such but no search or browse function. If I am logged into the forums the database works fine.

I would think that if this was some issue with my subscription it would not lead me back to some myrr site that would be personal to me but not allow database access which is free for people to view, my thinking could be off of course.

The reason I asked is the others reporting this just renewed or became premium. Seems to be a pattern.

It's not related. That patch is for Windows DNS servers, not clients. Also, at least one person reported the issue on Android.
