Can't hear Genesee County MPSCS?

I can't seem to trunktrack off the Genesee Co system tonight. For some reason it's using the backup control channel (which I've never seen them use). On my Pro 106 (where I have all my talkgroups saved) when it stops on a talkgroup I don't hear anything. Nothing but static on my Pro 96. I was listening just fine earlier today. What happened????

The Saginaw, Holly, Owosso, and Columbiaville towers are coming in just fine.

I just heard an MMR unit (on the Columbiaville tower) say their radio is using site trunking (on TG 1611 which is Genesee and Shiawassee Co dispatch)

I heard from someone else they are having some major radio issues today and are dispatching on one of the I-TAC freqs.

Yeah they're on I-Tac 1 but I can only hear Central not the mobiles.

Hmm, I went through 75/23 about 6ish. Received very little traffic. 25P911N / 25P911S usually blow my radio up.

A Fenton FD officer said Genesee Co has been down for 90 minutes around 9:15 or 9:30.

So when they use I-TAC 1 to dispatch when the TRS is down, is that using a repeater? simplex? Simulcast? if so, how many sites tx? Do the mobiles use a repeater or simplex? What kind of coverage do they get with mobiles? portables?
