Case for the 436?

Aniother big decision: How much will the wife allow you to blow on a case after you just spent $500. I mean..how much does one ask for and what type of approach to take?

You could buy the case for HER and give it as a gift. ?

You can order it through their mobile site. I just did. I probably won't get it soon, but at least you'll be at the front of the line.

Missing cases

Did anyone else notice that Scannermaster no longer lists cases for the 436? I have been checking daily, hoping to find them in stock but today they are gone.

This is likely an Admin thing, but when I got the email that a new post was made to this topic, and I clicked on the link, all I got was "Page Not Found." This is random for me...some threads will be okay, others go to the "page not find" screen everytime.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone else really care...lol. :lol:

The emailed links are bad. This is the problem: "...new-posthtml" should be "...new-post.html"

Report it to An admin.

You are correct, I went to their full web site and they show the scanners [436HP expected delivery 3rd week in February ] but the several models of custom cases for the 436HP are no longer listed on their site.

Right now I'm using a HSGI (High Speed Gear Inc) Modular radio pouch to protect it. Great case but the antenna sticks out about 2 inches from the top. The radio is safe from all but EMP or deep sea diving in this tough case. I do have a Maxpedition R-19 razorshell coming so I can transport the 436HP-GPS and spare Batteries in one case

My R-19 razorshell came from Maxped and it's perfect for transportation and keeping a low profile. Fits the 436HP (should be no problem with the case(s) Scannermaster has coming out) plus the GPS and spare batteries in fleece lined protection from bumps and weather

I now throw the 436 inside the area where I use to keep a tablet.

Keeps the radios out of the elements and the cables, batteries and the like all in one place for easy grab and go..

Has plenty of pockets for me also.
