Does RR have CB frequencies available for download to ARCXT ?

I believe the scanner already has these frequencies programmed in along with FRS and GMRS and some others.

Yes, they are in the scanner already.

Search For....
Service Search
You will have all the searches there, CB is 7th in that list, then enter to start searching the CB channels.

Can you transfer the CB fxs from their location in the service search bank to a system with SQK access?

Yes, not as much transfer, but you can add a quick key to your CB service search. Go to:
Menu
Search for...
Edit Service
CB Radio
Search with Scan (at the very bottom)
Then set the SQK that you want it to be.

Make sure that the search is not L/O or it won't search even with the SQK activated.
