Up until earlier today, the system wasn't coming into Sentinel with the library updates. UPMan commented midday today they were in the process of fixing that problem. Were you able to get a library update this afternoon or evening that included the Cecil system?
Another possibility - you purchased and installed the ProVoice option - right?
I was up that way earlier today with the system manually programmed and it worked as expected.
I saw a post today from UPMan saying to try downloading Cecil County and Rockingham County Virginia tomorrow. Those systems with Extended ESK apparently were being blocked and UPMan is working on a fix.
Yes Pro upgrade etc.. Am getting CC Sheriff Dept 12398 Dispatch/Data req on12399,12400 CCSO dispatch and ,various JFK Barracks on First sytem though.

How difficult was it to load Cecil Co in, have it loaded into 436, with new firmware and provoice but haven't heard anything at all

Yeah nothing here as well..Something simply wrong am sure but zip on Cecil EDACS.
Not even any ID's showing with zero coms..
This 436HP seems disappointing. backlight settings etc are erratic..
Guess a learning curve for sure.. The Cecil County Sheriffs Office patches to First sytem are working ok though.

unzip this file & Import the hpe file into Sentinel. It's exactly how mine is programmed & it works fine..
Here is the the same file converted for ARC536 import.

RRDB policy dictates that only verified TGs go into the database. The unknowns should be in the wiki unknown talkgroups article (which was set up for precisely this purpose). Once an unknown is submitted and entered into the database, it should be removed from the wiki

Just log in using your RR Credentials on the wiki page; then you can Add or Edit the info.
Just be kind and include a brief description of your changes in the provided field at the bottom. Then click Save Page when you have it right.

TG 8450 is Road Maintenance Crews. Monitoring flooding and road debris cleanup tonight!!
Interesting feature for some maybe on the 436HP is you can display individual unit ID's
of various mobile and base units along with the normal talk group ID's.
Go to Menu/ Display Options/ then to (Disp.unit ID) and check On from normal Off position.
On Maryland 700 Interop system MSP Kent County/MSP JFK units shows as 7 digit starting with #21*****
Cecil County Sheriff mobile units show with #23*****
Takes a few seconds to decode so may not see on some quick hits.
Poke around your area of Maryland and see what shows..

Ooops, wrong forum, was aiming for maine--
Cecil only has 3 other active town Police Depts besides Elkton..
Northeast PD
Rising Sun PD
Perryville PD
Port Deposit PD folded a short while back and Chesapeake City contracts with Cecil Sheriff Dept on mostly evening hours so may hear different callsigns for those guys.
Earlier this evening heard coms in town of Rising Sun with 9701 mobile with CCPD dispatch 809
Possible Rising Sun is 9701-9711,A few PD vehicles and mostly handhelds.
