I'm not trying to Hijack this thread, but I need to ask, are custom band plans different from system to system? Or do you just enter the sames plan in (like the example HERE)

The table you reference from the earlier post applies to Motorola P25 Type II systems, although I have only needed it for rebanded systems where the the 4th digit after the decimal point in the frequency ends in '0'....
as in: 853.XXX0

Using your Sentinel software, edit the (4) Control Channel frequencies for Charlotte County to these:

853.40000

853.65000

853.85000

853.90000

After changing the frequencies in Sentinel, upload to the HP-1 and normal operations for Charlotte County will be restored.

Thanks. I tried this in Sentinel, the HP-1 did not pick up anything. My old sc150 worked with these new freq, can't figure out why the HP-1 doesn't work.

I extracted the file from the unit, saved it, wrote it back to the unit, still no joy. Made sure the edit worked, the simulcast list shows the changes.

My HP-1 is receiving them fine after I edited the control channels. If you want, you can email me your Sentinel file and I'll take a look at it for you: afsandstrom@aol.com
