Check the database, it is accurate. In the mode column D is clear, DE is encrypted full time, De means partial encryption.

I tried to listen to Sheriff dispatch yesterday and heard nothing. It does not have a E or e on it. None of the law enforcement talkgroups do.

odds are that it is simulcast distortion.
unless you are listening to Mooresville.
you could try setting that one up and see if you can hear it.

Im downtown charlotte right now. I can pick up concord but not any of cabarrus. Im using a sds100.

Update- I was able to receive traffic after I went back home on the eastside of Mecklenburg county.
