Chatham/Effingham County System

I have recently purchased a Pro 106 scanner. I have programed several trunked systems in the area. I am receiving them ok. But having trouble receiving Chatham Effigham County System. I used ARC 500 software and down loaded from Radio Reference. Have frequencies changed recently for Effingham? I only programed the control channel for Effingham site with their talkgroups and not entire Chatham County .

I was in the area last week and everything worked good with 856.2375 as the control channel.

Still trying to figure it out myself.

I just moved here and am totally confused by the Smartzone II multi tower trunked stuff. I came from a small town with one trunked tower. Ahhh!!
