Chester NJ in Database but not in Sentinel. How to program?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to program Chester Law/Fire/EMS onto my BCD436HP. I see it on the database but not in Sentinel. How would one go about adding it? Thank you!

Chester operates on the Morris Co P25 system which is in Sentinel

And it appears Morris is simulcast so your 436 may have issues hearing it well, depending on where you are

I think I might need to spring for the SDS100. I'm waiting for my Remtronix antenna that arrives today, but I don't have much hope.
