Couple months ago i heard a guy broadcasting on a police channel 460.xxx Long Beach conventional analog. He kept saying the "N" word with a southern accent. Dispatch was telling him he is breaking the law using a police channel and stop immediately, he said the word a few more times then finally stopped. That might have been a modified Ham radio.
