City of Atlanta TRS Testing

I see that the city of Atlanta has petitioned the FCC, to grant them a Special Temporary Authority (STA), so they can begin simulcast site testing. Apparently, they want to check phasing problems between the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, and the downtown Peachtree site. The requested frequencies are:

Yeah, will be for their P25 IF and when they get it up and running. Funny thing is, when you look at the City of Atlanta's budget, there isn't penny one dedicated to paying for this system.

Speaking of that, I was at the airport yesterday, and didn't hear a peep out of the P-25 or the airport (aviation) systems. The regular ATL system was busy with all kinds of stuff.
