Morristown has some new frequencies. Looks like it is for the police dept possibly sheriff too. Dont know what they are but my Pro-106 doesnt decode anything from it.

The frequencies are 855.2375 and 859.7625 and the emission designators are 20K0F3E, 20K0F1D. They have a constant digital carrier. The first frequency pauses and it sounds like a morse code identifier, then it goes back to the constant carrier. This just happens now and again. Been waiting for 12 minutes to hear it again but hasnt happend. Not sure if the second one has the morse code sound in it or not.

There is no info on the digital emission here:
Emission Designator - The RadioReference Wiki

Anyone know what kind of digital signal it may be or shed any light on the subject?
