Clackamas County unit designation - GOLF?

I'm listening to Clackamas County Net 2 tonight, and on a tactical call-out I just heard units with the designator GOLF.

Now I'm aware that using the APCO language, G (George) is Estacada, but I've never heard any units referred to as GOLF. All the SWAT units should be 9-David units I believe. Anyone have any idea what the GOLF designator refers to? Also they appear to be using ZULU instead of Zebra for the detectives. This is on an officer-involved shooting. The callout is just outside of the Molalla (N- Nora) area.

I've never heard 9-David units, but have monitored another SWAT operation and they were going by Zulu. I seem to remember hearing Golf units one time, but I apparently never noted what they were or when I heard them.
