FYI, after downloading today's weekly database update for my PSR-800 (#169), I was able to successfully import the Ohio MARCS-IP system from the EZ-Scan RR-database, and able to hear traffic (TGID 10519) from the Dayton Site.
I was also able to download the Ohio MARCS-IP system in the ARC-Patrol software (from the RadioReference Internet import), and create a Favorites List and copy it to my HomePatrol-1. Did run into an issue that baffled me for a while: The ARC-Patrol software included GPS data for the "Clark County (12) Law" department, but the coordinates where wrong (they where somewhere up near Cleveland). If I enabled Location Control for my OMARCS-IP Favorites list, I would never hear traffic on the TGID 10519 even though I knew there was traffic (another scanner and HP-1EE Trunk Analyzer). Once I figured out that the Clark County Department was filtered out because my location in Beavercreek is outside the 19 mile radius from the Cleveland Lat/Long assigned to the Department, it was easy to fix. Not sure if this is bug in the ARC-PATROL software or a problem with the RadioReference DB (note: the web page shows no location info for the Clark County Law group). Either way, its something that must be watched for with the ARC-PATROL/HomePatrol-1.
Will continue to monitor.
