Claymont Steel is going digital, cranes and heavy equipment are having Motorola XPR 4300 mobile radio's installed. Currently evrything is using analog intill evryone gets a digital radio.
No big deal there's nothing interesting to listen too but I figured I would give a heads up to anyone in the area who might start picking up there digital comms and try to figure out who it is.
