Due to the extreme drought in the Wichita Falls area the city hired a cloud seeding company.
They are operating out of Kickapoo airport in Wichita Falls.
I think that is who I heard using 122.85 this morning.

Apparently the city of Wichita Falls has a contract with SOAR again this year. A while ago I heard them on 122.85 for the first time this year and N4125G landing at Kickapoo right after that.

It appears that they moved from 122.85 to 122.825.

Now they have applied for 3 UHF simplex channels.
