Anyone in Fresno/Clovis area noticed the echo on the dispatcher & mobile units on 460.1750 (Clovis PD #1)? It's been going on since about December of '06 or Jan. '07.
At times its possible to hear 2 or 3 repeats of last part of word: for instance, 'Vehicle' sounds at times like: "Vehicle..cle..cle" or Clovis as "Clovis..is..is"
Any ideas as to what's causing this in their transmissions? The echo effect isn't always there, it comes and go's ... will be on nearly every transmission for maybe a half hour or so, then you dont hear it for severl minutes, then everyone has the echo chamber effect for a while.

Note: Heard this echo on BC785D, BC246T (with rubber duck), plus an olde PRO-95 Radio Shack scanner (also with rubber duck).
