I can't find it, this is the list that I think I got from the FedCom email list last year.
Apparently ATF uses encrypted P25 in most places now so you probably won't hear much anyway.
I haven't heard them secure out here (see my loc). They're running P25 NAC 650. 650 seems to be the standard NAC used for outputs. Verified on two different repeaters.

Same here in South Florida. Most transmissions are P25 clear. As a side note, the Office of the Inspector General (i.e. Internal Affairs) for Justice is now on the ATF system (they used to be on the old INS network). I believe their radios have additional simplex tac channels that are slaved to full-time encryption.
