They do not have an separate FCC license for that name. Do you happen to know who the parent company is?

When I drive through cookout there's no freq popped up on my scanner

Could it be hardwired?

I guess it is hardwired. Cause when I get my scanner to scan nothing comes up

Why is the hardwired

So people can't find them on scanners and harass them with two-ways. Same reason most fast food chains are going to spread spectrum 900 and other formats.

There are still a few places around that have analog stuff on VHF & UHF. Hardees, Taco Hell, Dairy Queen, etc.
