Yes.

Select the channel you want to change
Press Menu
Scroll down to Setting and hit Select
Scroll down to Program and hit Select
Hit Select to choose Rx Frequency
Hit Delete to clear saved Frequency
Enter desired Rx Frequency
Hit OK to save
Repeat for TX Frequency

New Frequency will be saved until you reprogram it.

You can set CC and TS under Program menu
Create and/or select a TG under Menu/Contacts

Note you can't change a channel type between analog and DMR without using the CPS software, but it comes with a mix of analog and DMR channels preprogrammed.

You can set your DMR ID under Setting/Radio Info.

To manually enter a temporary talkgroup hit # once for private or twice for group call and enter the TG. You don't save it - just hit PTT.

This is a GREAT disposable DMR radio. It will work ok on 2M and very poorly at 222 and 920MHz if you open up the frequency range to be 100-999 MHz using the procedure on the jhart99 web site and use an appropriate antenna.

I also highly recommend the COTRE CO04D as a simple radio for your hotspot.

The CO04D is often on Amazon for $11.89 and the CO06D is usually between $28 and $42. It's currently $31.99 with coupon.

I have a bunch of these radios for dedicated repeater and hotspot use.

When I open settings and scroll through the list there is no option for "Program". Am I missing something?

For my radio under "Setting", "Program" is option #3. If you don't see that, then your radio is running different software, or maybe that option has been disabled.
