Hello, i live in coweta and was told that coweta fire and police are not encrypted. I decided to buy the Uniden 436hp. I just got it today and i haven’t heard anything from the coweta radio at all. Are they or are they not encrypted. If not are they on OKWIN or the Broken Arrow Regional Communication thing. Thanks

COWETA on OKWIN is not encrypted, last I heard. What have you programmed into the radio and are you hearing anything at all? If you need help with that I'm in BA and would be glad to help.

Okwin ID 1729, it is not encrypted and between 5PM and 9PM there was 18 hits on radio traffic, so it is not very active.

Here is a Wagoner County OKWIN favorites list for you to try. This is the OKWIN trunked system only. There are no conventional frequencies. Save the attached zipped file to your computer and extract. Go to the File tab in Sentinel and click on Import from hpe file (Favorites List). Click on New Favorites List and name it: Wagoner Co OK Click on OK. In the Downloads folder, open the extracted file. It will appear as a favorites list in Sentinel. Department quick keys as follows:
