ProScan: create file failed; code 3 the system cannot find the path specified

When I try to install the exe file i get the following error message: "create file failed; code 3 the system cannot find the path specified " any suggestions?

It looks like that error is generated in the Inno Setup program. I just looked it up. I have never seen this before. All I can suggest is reboot your computer and try it again. Can't find path specified is different then low on memory so not sure what to make out of it.

What Windows version are you using?

3 A fatal error occurred while preparing to move to the next installation phase (for example, from displaying the pre-installation wizard pages to the actual installation process). This should never happen except under the most unusual of circumstances, such as running out of memory or Windows resources.

Welcome to the RR forums. You wouldn't happen to have an antivirus that flagged it as a potentially malicious program and quarantined it would you? Temporarily disable your antivirus and try the download & install again
