Can anyone confirm that Crestview, Florida is now using a Capacity Plus DMR System ? I’m picking up several encrypted talk groups from the system. Unfortunately they are encrypted and I am unable to identify it 100 percent. The talk groups are: 16, 17 and 30. The frequencies are: 460.0875, 460.375, and 453.5875

they are licensed to the City so yeah probably encrypted, Jackson and Washington counties use it as well so stands to reason

I live in Bay County and bands were open up during the night. I was picking up one of those freq showing Cap+ with 1-2 bars and no TG showed up but heard Enc signal. I didn't even look it up since it was Enc.

Do you know the LCN for the 3 freq's?

I was picking up Niceville 453.7875 tg 101 & 801 color 2 looks like dmr ras.
