The only pattern I've seen is that Sergeants are 1XX and 2XX and upper ranks are 2-digits.

No noticeable pattern with the patrol ranks.

We'll see what badge numbers the new recruits get.

The two I know graduated and are Montville bound. Both with 8XX and 9XX numbers. All the best to the class and their new adventure.
