CSV download missing some data?

The .csv download option does not include all the available data.

If I do a .csv download of a page like this (Washington (ZDC) Air Route Traffic Control Center):
Washington (ZDC) Air Route Traffic Control Center Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

The site location State (for example: RCAG Sites - DE) and the site location city data (for example: Kenton, DE) is not in the .csv file.

Can extra fields be added to the .csv downloads to add this data?

The "site location city data" is not actually in the database. It's a subcategory title that the DB admin put in to help organize the frequencies.

It there any way to suck it into the database at some point?
This is valuable information that I like to add to my tags.
I can manually mung the data, but it is painful and time consuming.
