Currituck Sheriff PL tone

My 895 & 898T show the PL tone as 110.9 not 127.3 as shown in the data base.any ideas?

Last update shown was Nov 04 and I believe it was march prior to that. Its a possibility that it has changed... Try to verify via someone else in the local area. Sometimes things change or mistakes are made, nobody is perfect, well I am but thats another story :D

You might want to e-mail the admin for the NC database, requesting a double-check by whoever submitted the original information. It looks like Eric Carlson, a hobbyist from the D.C. area, is handling the admin for NC.

I can confirm that 460.450 MHz was (at one time) using 110.9 Hz., and can't think of anyone using the same freqs with a 127.3 Hz tone in the region.

Brian is also the primary State Level Admin for NC, and SC.....

Sorry I demoted you, Brian :lol: , but thanks for the correction, Milf.

I was making a presumption about who the administrator was, based on looking at who has entered many of the changes to the N.C. counties since October.

You know what they say about "presuming" ....
