I'm getting a lot of activity for Customs and Border Protection right now, but it's encrypted.

169.4875 P25
308.3500 P25

What tone on the VHF?? 99% of CBP has gone P25

The UHF is suspect, as that is generally Military Airband and AM - thinking it maybe an image from something local that you can match the tones back to...

It's been awhile, but I've heard the OMAHA aircraft here before.

My log shows NFM, not P25.

I did a search on-line today and found this, and much more:

In addition to these VHF digital frequencies, don't forget that the CBP Office of Air and Marine (OAM) use a variety of VHF and UHF air band frequencies:

136.3750 MHz
282.4250 MHz
308.3500 MHz
350.0250 MHz
376.0750 MHz

These frequencies are all AM mode, and not encrypted. Operations on the UHF frequencies can involve the OAM operations center at March AFB, in California, call sign HAMMER. CBP air operations have also been known to use military UHF satellite frequencies for interdiction flight operations.

Their additional CBP AM Air frequencies listed 0n The Fed Files:

Here are the known "CBP AIR" frequencies often used by the CBP air assets for surveillance operations with many different agencies. These might show up with some different NACs as well:

168.8375 N293 CBP AIR 1
168.9625 N293 CBP AIR 2
169.2625 N293 CBP AIR 3
169.1625 N293 CPB AIR 4
169.3875 N293 CBP AIR 5
163.4500 N293 CBP AIR 6
166.8875 N293 CBP AIR 7
166.7875 N293 CBP AIR 8
163.4750 N293 CBP AIR 9

Generally the CBP Air 1-9 are always $293
the likely comment about other NAC's is for/when other agencies share the same frequency., but then that makes it NOT CBP Air #

ie" 168.8375 in FLA had three different confirmed users/tags.
168.8375 $293 - was CBP Air 1
168.8375 $003 - was TSA in Melbourne
168.8375 $0CA - was TSA in Tampa
