hi ive been lookinf at the database for newcastle county there are 5 frequencies 866.0125 866.5125 867.0125 867.5125 868.0125 it shows they are for police itac1 threw4 are these trunked or anolog do they even use these frequencies any help on this matter thanks in advance. ive been trying to here them listening to them both trunked and anolog just wandering if im doing something wrong thanks

From what I understand the Itac as well as the other bands (Utac and Vtac) and others are supposed to be channels that every radio in every truck has access to allowing interoperability. Here's a link for the interop site. Under June 13th, click NPSTC channel naming report.

You are correct every radio in the state system is supposed to have them. A problem has come up here in Kent Co. Several schools have been given radios with them and they have been used for general communications. Caused a bit of concern. Supposed to be fixed but I am not holding my breath.
