Database Problem

I just started getting some strange text files when I try to open the database. Does anyone else have this problem?

ARC500: - Can't connect to RRDB

I'm trying to update an ARC500 file and can't connect to the RRDB. I get an error message that says "INIT not ok, can't read user data." I tried ARC536 as well and got the same error message. Is there a problem with the RRDB or is it something else? My Premium Subscription is up to date...

I am looking at how it is set up looks like it was a html coding error, and may be a corrupted,

It wont let me log in on freescan, this is where knowing how to hand program comes in handy if your hopefully just adding a few .

Thanks so much. I think I just hand programmed correctly the entire system. My only issue is I am a bit confused as to what to say for the system type for the Mass state police NON p25 system. I think it’s a type one but I can’t tell. It says smartzone

curious, i trying to update my sds200 and i checked for an update through sentinal. it said it was up to date and i know there have been many changes since my last update. Could this problem have had an effect on this?

No Master database update this past week

I noticed in sentinel that there is no master database update this past week, my version says 11/3/19 and when hitting the update button it says it the version is current, I thought database update usually comes out every Sunday night/Monday afternoon, anyone know why it hasn't come out yet...
