Back when they were on low band (48.18, 48.08, etc.), there was a Dayton 8 (maybe a dispatcher?)
Dayton 1, Dayton 8, etc are definitely dispatchers; those are the same call signs they were using back in the EDACS days. Back then I had a pretty complete listing of who/what/where, but after they ditched EDACS and went to a Harmony system I filed it away somewhere, and now I can’t find it.Yes, Dayton 8 appears to still be a Dispatcher position....
Matter of fact, it looks like there are three (3) consoles for the Dayton 8 position... along with what looks like three (3) consoles for the Dayton 1 position... There is another RID that has came up (via DSD+), but, I have not heard any radio-related traffic with that RID...
Need to find if others are hearing any different "Dayton" positions on other sites (ie Xenia, Wilmington, etc)....

Correct on DSB, the info is from during EDACS era before switching to Open sky and things might have changed with all these new talkgroups. Dayton 13 was collections in the past under DP&L. Years ago Dayton 6 was Gas transmission under DP&L.Should your DSP, be DSB instead...?
Just asking; because, there is a Dayton Service Building location (Dryden), mentioned in the FCC license information... seems that would make more sense; unless there is a special acronym the have for it....
All should be hearing references to MP Lobby / MP Gate .... MP is reference to MacGregor Park facility (Fairborn area)...
Also, all should hear DSB Lobby/DSB Gate references.... should be Dayton Service Building location...
What is your reference to the "Collections" for Dayton 13...?
Thanks for the good info...

Correct, tempting to secure wire theft on aluminum cable at Moraine yard and secure admin office at Moraine with issues on customer billing. irate customers on billing. There was a submission to the AES System over the weekend.....
they have "Xenia Service Area" alpha tagged as "Dayton 8".... Dayton 8 is a "dispatcher" position - they answer to calls on other TGs as welll .... shouldn't that be marked as "Xenia Line" for the alpha tag...?
....and....
TG 30106 - I'm not sure this is the correct title for this... it is marked as Dayton Service Building Security; but, they also have MP units (MacGregor Park - Fairborn units) on this TG as well... I was thinking this would've been more like "Central Division - Service buildings"....
Anyone?
Benner sub. site has a 800 antenna, and perhaps a 1 or 2 ghz antenna for data and a 10 ghz MW dish and yes this site maybe out of date on google map.Ok, so far, with a little bit of monitoring off of the Benner site.... and, just taking consideration for the acronyms/names....
I'm hearing the following:
"Rover" - this unit travels around to areas with trouble and assesses the issue and what will be needed to mitigate the problem
"DSB or DSP Lobby" - I want to say that the "DSB" is Dayton Service Building; but, I am stumped on the "Lobby" portion
"MP Lobby" - not sure on "MP" or the "Lobby" part
"MP Gate" - I believe this would be the entry for a depot somewhere..
"South Gate" - I believe this would be the entry for a depot somewhere..
I am hearing calls to "Dayton 1" and "Dayton 8" - these are answered by a dispatcher, or console (per the alias I'm getting from DSD+)
...anyone else hearing anything more; ESPECIALLY from any of the other sites....??
