It is hard to tell exactly what tower as they are all so close and boundaries for Driver are not well-defined. The NAC for 163.725 is 085. The NAC for 171.325 is 086. And I did confirm Larry's report that 173.1875 is Frederick, MD despite it being only 25 miles from the IWN site in Rockville (and the Frequency is also used by the IWN site in La Plata).

By the way, the tower near Driver for 163.725 also has 165.700 with NAC 653. DEA in Norfolk area seems to be using 170.8125 NAC 156 having moved there from UHF like much of the country. As one goes north on I-64, that is simul-keyed with 170.625 - but in the DC area that is an IWN frequency. Seems like DC area IWN keeps getting on the same frequencies as other users.

I've gotten one UHF DEA frequency. Been trying to narrow 172.86250 NAC 291. Either ICE or Immigration and Naturalization, in the clear though.

Could 170.900 up on Apple Orchard Mountain (on the Blue Ridge Parkway, near Bedford, VA) be part of this too?
