I have a question regarding decoding a DMR Motorola Capacity Plus Single Site (TRBO) system. I have a scanner (SDS 200) that can listen to the system. But my question is there a software that a person can use to decode the radio ids on the system and the affiliations, etc? I am familiar with Unitrunker for decoding P25 systems, but looking to what options are out there for these DMR systems.

If you just want to see voice grants, DSDPlus has current seen groups and radios windows. Don't believe it will show affiliations. You can click on a seen tg and see all the radios that have transmitted in a 24 hour window.

Sdrtrunk may have some logging abilities but I have not ever tried them.

I'm not sure that affiliation exists in a single site DMR cap+ system. For ID's you can configure your SDS200 display to show those.

DSDPlus (fastlane) is by far the best at capturing the actual data on a DMR system and displaying it in a usable way. I haven't been able to find anything easy to use in SDRTrunk for logging.
