Still tweaking things I'm sure. Got a good signal into NE Philadelphia and across the river in Burlington and Camden Counties but quite a few times my radio would say Out of Range while the RSSI values remained strong.
If you said it today I didn't hear it. I have guys at work who say it any time someone's doing a radio check. I just typed it to amuse myself, really.
Can’t remember if i did or not. It is second nature to do so after so many years of saying it. But I will make it a point to to do so for sure.
But instead , it will be LIMA Charlie ( as in the town that’s pronounced wrong )😆

Is the DATA icon flashing at all? It does not seem like you are missing any traffic?
In multiple locations on one radio it intermittently says Out of Range in lots of areas. On my Unication it seems to stay locked on the control channel. Getting similar reports on SDRs and other devices of control channel "fading" out while well within the coverage area. Again, I'm sure things are being tweaked.

I am new to the digital stuff but in the hobby since the 80's. I have a BCD996P2, just started with the P25 channels on Sunday and had the strongest signal and broadcast yesterday 4/9 with sq on 2 and the threshold at 10 and reception bars are full. I'm in Prospect Park with an indoor antenna. Any suggestions for better reception going forward as I know they are still testing would be appreciated. Thanks!
