with an annual rent of $50,400.00 (Subject to a 3% increase after the initial year)
for a term of 10 years (subject to renewals as set forth in the lease). Subject to
Solicitor's approval.

WPLY - Newtown Site work today. For the old schoolers this was the old Y100 / WPLY Philadelphia tower. Antenna installations today. Also a few pictures inside our shelter where our current 500mhz simulcast base stations for Fire 3, 4, Sector 2, and M-2 are installed. These are active now but will be removed after cutover.

New system is almost done being racked and staged at the warehouse. Factory acceptance testing will be happening mid July and last for 1 week. Once all testing is successful we will sign off and it will be crated and shipped to Delco.

Latest shipment of hardline is in. Springfield, Bethel, Haverford Municipal and Clifton Heights Sites. Not as neat as the tower pictures but still a huge part of the project when we accept delivery and organize the equipment to go to each site.

The way I labeled the picture is a little misleading. The 500mhz base stations will be removed but the POCSAG will remain while it is operational.

Primary paging will be moved over to the P25 system. Low Band 46.48 will be discontinued. Unication P25 pagers will be given to each station and an amplified cradle with relay outputs for the unication pager will be utilized for station alerting and siren activations. The P25 pagers will be activated using P25 call alert as of now. No intent to utilize 2 tone on the p25 system at this time.

Nope. So many former abandoned Nextel and Sprint shelters out there now. In most cases they are turned over to the tower companies. Many times they will turn them back over to public safety for next to nothing.

Factory Acceptance Testing occurred this week at the EFJ staging facility in Irving Tx. System was put through tests and verified. We also had some county police and fire responders along with us to see the system first hand. Some videos at the link below and pictures.

Radio System for a tower located at 720-723 Painter St, Media, PA with an annual
rent of $33,600.00 (Subject to a 3% increase after the initial year) for a term of 5
years (subject to 4 additional 5 year extensions as set forth in the lease). Subject
to Solicitor's approval.

8.F Approval to amend agreement with American Tower Company for the new 911
Radio System for a tower located at 2641 West Chester Pike, Broomall Pa. to
include an increase of $1200.00 per year for the inclusion of a 10' x 10'
communications shelter in the tower compound Subject to Solicitor's approval.

8.G Approval to amend agreement with American Tower Company for the new 911
Radio System for a tower located at 3737 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley Pa. to include
an increase of $45,030.24 per year for the inclusion of additional antenna hardware
and transmission cable Subject to Solicitor's approval.

Now that field work is underway did they give any updates on an estimated go live yet? I’m sure one was posted somewhere, probably in the posts here, but I must be missing it.

Must be Patient grasshoppers. There are many moving parts , many different things happening simultaneously and different aspects of the install through various contractors etc. Things are progressing and moving along.
