Delaware county question

Just heard Delcom say 65 cars data channels will not be monitored. I know 65 is collingale police what dues that mean the data channels won’t be monitored for a time frame.

I’m new to this and still learning thanks for your time.

Well for starters the Data/Clean channel (Encrypted TGID 220, formerly 506.5625 on the legacy T-band conventional system) is where cars switch to for records checks & the like, more info here. Why it wouldn't be monitored for a period of time or why they would only advise 65 cars & not all sectors is beyond me
