Delaware State Hospital

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know the FREQUENCY for the DELAWARE STATE HOSPITAL SECURITY on Rt. 13 in New Castle? I think, looking at the antenna on their car, that it MIGHT be a 100 mhz. It looks like DSP's OLD long whip antenna when they were on 154.665.

Any help is appreciated.
