Delmarva Power - P25 Phase 1

So I just noticed that a new license grant was issued to Delmarva Power on 6/1/21:

FCC Callsign WRMS976 (Delmarva Power and Light Company)

I'm no by no means an expert, but it appears that several emission designators are listed as P25 Phase 1 .

With Odessa and possibly Millington being the closest sites for me, what would be the best way to track any developments with these sites?

Via this thread of course. I've started a few of my own tracking development of systems I've discovered

I've gone through the licenses and created a new P25 System based on the FCC data.
If you use Sentinel you can import it.

The Sites are tentavely labeled ?.?-? Site Location Name Callsign, When the system goes live I fill in the appropriate info.
Using this format I replace the ?'s as sites are discovered RFSS.SiteID-NAC

You'll have to set the appropriate sites as active for your specific location, I have it set up for my area.
I haven't detected any P25 CC's on the sites I'm within range of. (NewCastle Simulcast/Craigtown/Whiteford)

Here's the rough site list that is in the file. (The site frequencies are in the attached hpe file along with the GPS location info) When the sites are discovered; I reorder the list by RFSS.SiteID.
They are just a random ordered list for now.. I must point out that I put this together quickly, there might be an error or 2..

Don't be surprised if they encrypt.. Most power companies in the Northeast are. PECO covers our area and they are encrypted

I haven't been tracking the system on Pro96Com lately but I just turned it on and site 140 is showing as an adjacent to the ACE site, TG 4099 is currently patched to 4098. ENC seen on TG 4101 with radio ID 80211.

4098/4099 are PECO (ENC) Tg's.

So if someone local (or someone looking for an adventure) could verify the NAC and Adjacent Site info for New Castle (It possibly has other neighbors that would reveal a bigger picture to the south ('aka' slower DE).. IDK
