Desperate for help with PRO96

I am a complete novice when it comes to programming my scanner. Today I received the ARC96 software and was figuring it out and my scanner now shows that all the channels I programmed into it are locked out. Does anyone know how I can unlock this? I entered 4 channels worth of frequencies and worked until this happened. I am in Montgomery County Maryland which recently rebanded hence the new programming attempt. Welcome to Radioreference! Since you are a premium subscriber here ARC96 will automatically download your systems to your scanner. (might take a bit to figure that one out tho)

Is there where your looking? Montgomery County, MD Trunking System, Montgomery County, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies

Take some time to play with it. I have a 96 and for over a month it drove me nuts! (and I've been listening to Law Enforcement since 1959) Then it clicked and I've enjoyed it ever since. Also, Go to your state forum and ask there. Everyone I've ever talked to here has been very kind and a great help.

In the ARC 96 software, start tje program, click on the Bank with the data and you should see a column labled "Lockout" ..click on the line in that column and change the "On" to Off.
