I am assembling a new antenna. Does affect reception if I use Locktite on all the assembly points?

If the loctite is not electrically conductive, then it could.
Only if you are in New York.
NY here, no Loctite. 1 year+ on my D130N and no issues. My SDS200 is usually switched to the Onmi-X however (Loctite-less as well).

I've never used Locktite on any of the dozens of antennas I've put together over the years. What I do use is anti-seize compound. Especially where you have stainless nuts threading on to stainless U bolts..
As a matter of fact, some of the antennas I've bought have come with a small packet of anti-seize grease included.

Loctite is fine, there will always be lots of metal to metal thread contact no mater what you stick in there.
