No, that radio will monitor MSWIN just fine, with no upgrades necessary .

Hmm for some reason I'm not picking up hinds county sheriff the vfd's or the new stuff on the Jackson fire and PD

Dmr

Jxn pd/fd are not completely on board yet. I have been receiving traffic for Jxn on MSWIN ss well as Hinds Co. Dont know what DMR has to do with it.
