DMR Tier 3 Capacity Max System not in Sentinel

Good morning!

There have been a number of recent updates to the PowerSouth Energy Cooperative page and I became interested in it due to hurricane season. I manually programed a couple of nearby sites since I could not find the system in Sentinel. I have all current updates to Sentinel and my Uniden scanners (SDS200, SDS100, BCD436HP ) and do receive very clear communications on the sites I manually entered via Sentinel. In the Alabama forum (where I live), a fellow enthusiast reported DMR Tier 3 systems are not picked up by Sentinel even though they are in the RRDB. Is there a way to coax these DMR Tier 3 systems into Sentinel so they can be more easily appended to a Favorites List?

Try to put them in with ProScan if Sentinel is not working.

Sentinel ignores Capacity Max and Tier 3 Non-Standard systems. Known issue that Uniden hasn't done anything about thus far, which sadly is not surprising.

The only way to get them into Sentinel is to manually add them. Or use better software like ProScan, which can import them directly from the RRDB.
