I am monitoring a local tier III system . I have not seen any LCN on the control channel. fortunately its a 3 ch system so I am hoping its going to just be a matter of rotating the LCN (1,2,3) untill I hit the right combination.

Or, run LCN finder and let the scanner determine the LCN.
