After watching the special the other night, I have to agree with tbharper.
Sure, it's a great thing that the scumbag rapist is off the streets, however 'Dog' and Co. should have looked into the Mexican laws prior to embarking on their little journey. Even here in the states, ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law. Once caught and released on bail they then knowingly and willingly fled the country thinking that the statute of limitations would expire after 3 years and they would never face extradition. Guess they were wrong.
I loved the irony of listening to the three bail enforcement officers admit to skipping bail.
I was however surprised that they never received the reward money for the apprehension of the rapist.
